Questions
- When does the trial end and what happens then?
- The trial ends when customer requests begin coming through TowingNearMe. Before any fee starts, we ask whether you would like to continue. If you would rather step away, there is no charge, and another company may then take your zip code or your place near drivers.
- What do tow operators get for $25 a month?
- We market your zip codes through search-engine optimization on our town and service pages, so drivers searching for a tow find you. There are no paid ads, and the plan does not change who is offered a job: requests go to the nearest operator on duty first.
- How do I get paid for a job?
- The customer pays you directly, at the price they saw when they asked for help. TowingNearMe does not handle the job payment and takes no cut. The only amount you pay us is the monthly plan, and only once requests begin coming through.
- Can you promise how many requests I will get?
- No. Requests start slowly and grow as more drivers find us. That is why the trial is free, and why you decide later whether to continue.
- Is there a contract?
- No contracts or obligations. You can step away at any time.
- Who is responsible for licenses and insurance?
- Each operator is. TowingNearMe does not check or provide licenses or insurance.
- How do I sign up?
- Request an invite on the operator or repair shop page. It takes a minute, we review every request by hand and contact you, and no account is created until we talk.
